You need to get moving
Do you hate exercise? Does the thought of the gym make you feel weak? Do you take box sets on TV over workout videos at home?

Well you're not alone! A 2023 UK fitness industry report* shows that 16% of people in the UK are gym members.
That means 5 out of every 6 people do not belong to a gym!! Now this does not mean that the rest who are not gym members are not physically active, but what it does tell you is that those who do not go to the gym are in the majority!
Here's the thing. We were not created to exercise!!
We were created to "move." So exercise is actually "alien" to us!

God created us to live active lives! To walk. To run. To lift. To push. To pull. If you do not "move" your body regularly and effectively, you will end up with health issues! Your quality of life will go down and those around you will also be adversely affected!

I am on a mission to get people "moving!" Whether that is at home, at a gym or other leisure activities.

Someone wrote "disease/illness does not run in families; diets do." There is a direct correlation to illnesses and to the diets people eat!
What you eat is absolutely vital in order to live healthy and well.
However, there is so much conflicting advice about what we should eat. Why? Because food makes money and as we all need to eat food, our diet is a money making machine.

In 2022, the global wellness economy reached a record $5.6 Trillion!!!1
Of that figure, heathy eating, nutrition and weight loss constituted $1 trillion!!!
In 2023, the global fast food market size was valued at $772 billion!!!2
That is a grand total of $7.4 trillion!!!
And that figure does NOT include "regular" food!!!

So what ARE we supposed to eat?
Well I am here to help you navigate the "mine field" of information that is out there and to help you eat healthy and well AND enjoy your food.
Dieting doesn't have to be punishment! Neither does it have to cost the earth!
